# 自来水能喝吗？

Can you drink tap water in China?

你在朋友家，很想喝水。桌子上没有水，家里有自来水。这个水，能喝吗？

中国人喝自来水吗？很多中国人不喝冷的自来水。他们喝烧开的水。这个水，叫“开水”。

水开了，会怎么样？水里很多不好的小东西没有了。很多中国人觉得，喝开水很好。
