# 蒋干盗书

Jiang Gan Steals a Letter

曹操的兵马多是北方人，不习水战。幸好荆州降将蔡瑁、张允精通水军，曹操便命二人为水军都督，日夜在江上操练。周瑜驾着小船，悄悄驶近曹军水寨偷看，不禁大惊：“此深得水军之妙也！”一问，水军都督正是蔡瑁、张允。周瑜暗想：“这两人熟悉水战，不先除掉他们，便难以打败曹操。”

这时，曹操手下有个谋士叫蒋干，站出来说：“我自幼与周瑜同窗，交情深厚，愿凭三寸不烂之舌，去江东说他来降。”曹操大喜。于是蒋干一身布衣，驾一叶小舟，只带一个书童，直奔周瑜的大营。

周瑜听说蒋干来了，笑道：“说客到了！”他亲自出帐迎接，开口便问：“老同学远道而来，莫非是替曹操来做说客？”蒋干一愣：“我与你久别，特来叙旧，你怎么疑我是说客？”

当晚，周瑜大宴江东文武，命一员大将佩剑监酒，说：“今日宴饮，只叙朋友交情，谁若提起曹操和两军交战之事，立即斩首！”又指着满座将领说：“这些都是江东的英杰，今日此会，可名‘群英会’。”酒到半酣，周瑜拉着蒋干去看营中堆积如山的粮草，说：“大丈夫处世，遇到知己之主，言听计从，祸福与共。就算古时最会说话的人再生，又怎能动摇我的心！”蒋干听了，面如土色。

宴罢，周瑜假装大醉，拉着蒋干说：“好久没和你同榻了，今晚我们抵足而眠。”一进营帐，周瑜和衣倒在床上，鼾声如雷。蒋干哪里睡得着，起身见桌上堆着一堆书信，翻看之下，竟有一封署名是蔡瑁和张允。信中说：“我们投降曹操，并非贪图官位，只是迫于形势。早晚得便，就把曹操的首级献上。”蒋干吓了一跳，忙把信藏进衣服里。

这时，周瑜翻了个身，含含糊糊地说：“老同学，几天之内，叫你看看曹操的人头！”四更时分，有人进帐叫醒周瑜，低声说：“北岸有人来了……”周瑜急忙喝住，回头看看床上，蒋干正装作熟睡。那人又低声说：“蔡、张二位都督说，一时还没有机会下手……”后面的话便听不清了。

五更天还没亮，蒋干悄悄离开营帐，乘小船回到曹操军中，把书信呈给曹操。曹操看罢大怒，立刻召来蔡瑁、张允，喝令把两人拉出去斩首。不一会儿，两颗人头献到帐下，曹操这才醒悟：“我中计了！”可惜为时已晚。

消息传到江东，周瑜大笑：“我所担心的，只有这两个人，如今都除掉了！”可他转念一想，又对鲁肃说：“众将都不知道这条计，只是孔明见识胜我，恐怕瞒不过他。你去试探一下，看他知不知道。”

鲁肃来到孔明船中，还没开口，孔明便拱手道喜：“这条计只好骗骗蒋干。蔡瑁、张允一死，江东从此可以放心了，难道不该贺喜吗？”又叮嘱鲁肃千万别在周瑜面前说他已经知道。鲁肃回去，却一五一十都告诉了周瑜。周瑜大惊失色，半晌才道：“此人决不可留！我一定要杀了他！”
