# 蒋干盗书

Jiang Gan Steals a Letter

周瑜当上了大都督，带着东吴的水军，跟曹操的大军隔着长江，准备开战。曹操的兵都是北方人，不会在水上打仗，一上船就头晕。可是蔡瑁和张允都是水战的好手。他们以前是刘表的大将，现在投降了曹操，每天带着曹军在江上练习。

一天，周瑜坐船偷偷去看曹军的水寨，看完大吃一惊：“这两个人太会练水军了！不先除掉他们，我们很难打败曹操。”

这时，曹操身边一个叫蒋干的人站出来说：“我和周瑜小时候是同学，关系很好。我愿意过江去，劝他来投降丞相。”曹操很高兴，就让他去了。

周瑜听说蒋干来了，笑着说：“来劝我投降的人到了！”他出来迎接，一见面就问：“老同学，你这么辛苦地过江来，是来替曹操说话的吧？”蒋干吓了一跳：“我们这么多年没见，我只是来看看你。”

这天晚上，周瑜摆下酒席，把东吴的文官武将都请来，坐了满满一屋子。他把自己的剑交给一个大将，说：“今天只谈朋友之间的感情。谁要是说起曹操和打仗的事，就用这把剑杀了他！”蒋干听了，一个字也不敢提。

周瑜一杯接一杯地喝酒，又拉着蒋干去看东吴的兵马和粮食，说：“大丈夫活在世上，能遇到一个懂自己的主公，说的话他都听，出的主意他都用，这就够了。就是古代最会说话的人来劝我，我也不会动心！”蒋干听了，脸都白了。

喝到半夜，周瑜好像醉了，拉着蒋干说：“好久没跟老同学一起睡了，今晚我们睡一张床！”说完，衣服也不脱，倒在床上就睡着了。

蒋干哪里睡得着？他偷偷起来，看见桌子上放着一堆信，就一封一封拿起来看。忽然，他看见一封信上写着蔡瑁、张允的名字。信里说：“我们投降曹操，是没有办法。我们正在找机会，早晚把曹操的头送来。”

蒋干吓出了一身冷汗，连忙把信藏进衣服里。这时，周瑜在床上翻了个身，说着梦话：“老同学，过几天，我让你看看曹操的头……”蒋干小声叫他，他又睡着了。

快天亮的时候，有人进来叫醒周瑜，小声说：“江那边有人来了，说蔡瑁和张允现在还找不到机会……”周瑜连忙让他别说了，又往床上看了一眼。蒋干假装睡着了，其实全都听见了。

天还没亮，蒋干就悄悄跑了出去，坐上小船回到了曹操那里。曹操看了信，气坏了，马上让人把蔡瑁、张允拉出去杀了。两个人刚死，曹操就明白过来：“我中了周瑜的计了！”可是已经太晚了。

周瑜听说两个人死了，高兴得大笑。可他马上又想：“我这条计，能骗过别人，能骗过诸葛亮吗？”他让鲁肃去看看。

鲁肃见了诸葛亮，还没开口，诸葛亮就笑着说：“替我恭喜都督！蔡瑁、张允一死，曹军就没有会在水上打仗的人了。”鲁肃大吃一惊。诸葛亮又说：“回去以后，千万别告诉都督我早知道了，不然他又要想办法害我。”

可鲁肃一回去，就把这些话全告诉了周瑜。周瑜听完，很久没说话，最后说：“这个人绝对不能留。我一定要杀了他！”
