Chapter 10

# 喝断长坂桥

Zhang Fei at Changban Bridge

张飞带着二十几个人来到长坂桥。他看见桥东边有一片树林，马上想出了一个主意：让手下砍下树枝，绑在马尾巴后面，在树林里跑来跑去。马一跑，树枝在地上拖着，地上的尘土就飞了起来。远远看去，好像林子里藏着很多很多人马。

然后，张飞一个人骑着马，手里横着丈八蛇矛，站在桥上，睁大眼睛看着西边。

曹军的大将们追到桥边，只见张飞胡子都竖了起来，眼睛瞪得圆圆的，一个人挡在桥上；又看见桥东边的树林后面尘土飞起，都以为那里有埋伏，谁也不敢往前走。他们说：“这一定又是诸葛亮的计！”于是在桥西边停下来，派人去报告曹操。

曹操听说了，亲自赶来。张飞远远看见曹军后面有一把青色的大伞，知道是曹操来了，就大喊一声：“我就是燕人张翼德！谁敢来跟我决一死战？”声音像打雷一样。曹军听了，腿都软了。

曹操连忙让人把伞收起来，对身边的人说：“我以前听关羽说过，他三弟在百万大军里拿大将的头，就像从口袋里拿东西一样容易。今天碰上了，可不能小看他。”

话还没说完，张飞又大喊：“燕人张翼德在这里！谁敢来决一死战？”曹操看他这么威风，心里已经想退了。张飞看见曹军后面的队伍开始往后退，第三次大喊：“要打又不打，要退又不退，到底想干什么！”

喊声还没停，曹操身边一个叫夏侯杰的将军，被吓得肝胆都破了，从马上掉下来，死了。曹操转过马头就跑，大将们也跟着跑，士兵们更是扔下长枪，丢了头盔，你推我，我推你，自己人踩着自己人。曹操跑得头发都乱了，帽子也掉了，还是张辽和许褚追上来拉住了他的马。

张飞见曹军跑了，也不去追，叫回那二十几个人，把长坂桥拆断了，然后回去见刘备。刘备听完说：“三弟勇敢是勇敢，可惜想得不够多。桥还在，曹操怕有埋伏，不敢过来；现在桥断了，他就知道我们没有兵，心里害怕，一定会追上来。他有百万大军，一座桥怎么挡得住？”

果然，曹操听说桥断了，笑着说：“张飞拆桥，说明他心里怕了！”当天夜里，他就让人搭起三座浮桥，又追了过来。

刘备他们往江边跑，前面是大江，后面是追兵，好像已经没有路了。正在着急，山坡后面忽然冲出一支人马，为首的大将骑着赤兔马，提着青龙偃月刀，大喊：“我在这里等你很久了！”原来是关羽！曹操一看，说：“这又是诸葛亮的计！”赶紧带兵退了回去。

关羽带着大家来到江边，那里早已有船在等着。大家上了船，一起到了夏口。

不久，东吴的孙权派鲁肃来了，说是来给刘表吊丧。诸葛亮笑着对刘备说：“他哪里是来吊丧的？他是来打听曹军的情况。我们的机会来了。”

鲁肃果然问起曹军有多少人。刘备说：“这些事我不清楚，你去问孔明吧。”鲁肃见了诸葛亮，谈了很久，最后说：“先生的哥哥就在东吴做事，天天想见你。先生愿不愿意跟我一起去见孙将军，商量怎么打败曹操？”刘备假装舍不得，诸葛亮说：“事情紧急，我愿意去一趟。”

于是，诸葛亮跟着鲁肃，一个人坐船往东去了。他要说服孙权，和曹操打一仗。
