One: China is very big, and it has a lot of people too. China has about one point four billion people!
Two: in January, some Chinese people are watching the snow while others are playing at the beach.
Three: Chinese people have two new years every year. One is Yuandan, and the other is the Spring Festival. Yuandan is the first day of January. Some years the Spring Festival is in January, some years in February. At the Spring Festival lots of people go home to eat, drink tea and watch TV with their family.
Four: giant pandas live in China. They really love eating: they eat for more than ten hours a day!
Five: China is very big, but it has only one time: Beijing Time. In China, when your phone says eight in the morning, your friend's phone says eight in the morning too. When you call them, you never need to ask: "What time is it there?"
