Sun Yuwen is six this year. This month, she and her dad got a new home.
On Saturday morning, they went out to play. Dad said: “We don't have a single friend here.”
She said: “Dad, I know how to make friends! Watch!”
Over there was a little girl, playing on her own. She went up to the little girl: “Hi! My name is Sun Yuwen. What's your name?”
“I'm Ma Wenwen.”
“How old are you?”
“Six.”
“I'm six too! Let's play together!”
Ten minutes later, the two little girls were good friends.
Dad looked over at the bench. There was a man on the bench: Ma Wenwen's dad.
Dad thought for a moment, then went over to him too: “Hi! I'm Sun Yuwen's dad. What's your name?”
The man told him his name.
Then Dad asked: “How old are you?”
The man stared at him: “Forty.”
“I'm forty too! So, shall we play together?”
The man laughed: “Sure! Have a seat.”
An hour later, the two little girls said: “Dad, let's go home!”
The two dads said at the same time: “No! Just a bit longer!”
